A Taste of India (Gubrah North)

Great "down the street" place to eat for Azaibites and Gubranese residents. (4.5 Stars)

This place has some of the tastiest curry around. It's very clean and is more "trendy" than it is upscale. They have great hot and sour soup and "murg shorba". Butter chicken is not on the menu but is always availabe - and always eaten as it is our favorite. There are good vegetarian meals as well. I really like the Tandoori Gobi (Tandoori Cauliflower). As I'm on a diet, cauliflower works better for me than rice, so I quite often use the Tandoori Gobi as a rice substitute. It's quiet there (seldom more than 5 customers at a time - even on a thrusday night). Though you'll hear American accents there more commonly than other places as it is near the American School.
