The Silk Route has the most amazingly clean kitchen. It is so clean that it is behind glass so that the entire restaurant can see it. Unfortunately, nobody bothered to tell the cooks that it is unsanitary to taste test food with the same spoon that you use to stir the pot (unless you are at home). I have also seen members of Silk Route staff using the public toilet outside, whith insufficient equipment for washing and drying hands before returning to work.

Outside of that, excellent food and nearly an infinite choice in how you want it served.
